Ingredients for 5 people:
6 FURIA potatoes or 6 BRUJA potatoes.
1 tablespoon butter.
Flour without baking powder.
Cream or tomato sauce.
Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water for around 20 minutes.
Once they are cooked, grind them with a potato masher.
Add the butter and mix.
Once cool, mix the mashed potatoes with the necessary amount of flour to prepare moldable dough.
Stretch with your hands forming cylinders of about 2 to 3 cm diameter and cut pieces of some 2 cm long with a knife.
Place them one by one on a cooking pot with boiling water.
Once the gnocchi start coming up the water, remove them with a skimmer and reserve.
Add cream or if you prefer tomato sauce when serving.
