Potatoes a la Crème
Ingredients for 4 people
6 ENSALADERA AZUL potatoes.
1 clove garlic.
1 tablespoon butter.
1 cream pot.
1 grated cheese envelope.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
Cook the potatoes with skin for 20 minutes in salted water.
Once the potatoes are warm, cut them in slices of 1 centimeter approximately.
Spread the bottom of a baking dish or individual molds with half a tablespoon of soft butter. Above it, rub the garlic, without skin and with a cut in the middle.
Accommodate the potatoes in the dish by layers; above each layer, put some cream and grated cheese.
Put in the oven for 10 minutes to brown. When taken out, the upper part will look brown and crunchy.
You can serve as a main dish or accompanying meat and fish.
