Ingredients for 5 people:
10 EMU Potatoes.
1/3 cup olive oil.
1 teaspoon salt.
Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes.
Wash, brush and dry the potatoes.
Dice each potato in large cubes.
Put the potatoes in a pudding pan with olive oil; if you have aluminum paper put it on the pudding pan before; add the salt and mix with your hands.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes until they are brown and cooked.
