Skewers with BABY potatoes
Ingredients for 24 brochettes:
24 wooden skewers.
12 cocktail pork sausage.
12 MIX BABY potatoes.
12 cherry tomatoes.
1 teaspoon vegetal oil.
Wash and cook the potatoes in water with a dash of salt (10 minutes approximately). Drain and reserve them.
Put the pork sausages on a pan with some oil, stir fry them for a couple of minutes.
Cut the pork sausages, the potatoes and the cherry tomatoes in two.
Grab the wooden skewer and insert one pork sausage, then one baby potato and one tomato.
Serve with your favorite sauces.
